Michael has over two and a half decades of combined experience in the multifamily, single family, commercial and association management arena. His vast experience with both small- and large-scale communities span the entire Hampton Roads and Eastern Shore areas of Virginia. His experience was further expanded by a six-year tenure as president of his condominium association located in the City of Hampton. His fresh approach and unique prospective adds to his vast knowledge, education, and experience to provide a hands-on management approach.

Michael is a native of Hampton, VA and was educated in the Hampton City Public School System. His industry credentials include Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and plans to continue his education in the industry.

He has served on various committees and boards throughout his career, most notable, President of IREM Hampton Roads Chapter in 2015.

He is an active member of IREM Hampton Roads Chapter and Southeast Virginia CAI Chapter.

To ensure that the polices that are put in place by the board are carried out. Develop and enhance awareness of community management, improve public perception, create advocates, and educate existing and potential homeowners.
